Too much is unhealthy, unpleasant and destructive. We spend most of our time waking up very early and working until the sun is long gone without knowing that we are collecting stress. Once our system breaks down, we become weak and consequently call in sick to work.
One may be lucky to find his or her time to visit the gym once in a while but oftentimes we are not able to set aside even a single hour for treadmill or the Nautilus circuit. The idea is grueling and by simply thinking about it we wish we can crawl to bed instead and doze off through the night. For those who can’t find time to check the gym, there is another effective stress reliever that does not require a set of new training outfit or a trip to the nearby workout facility - and this is meditation.
A small space is required to become your meditation area. Start by figuring out which part of your room or house can be converted to such. An unused corner of the living room or a part of your study area is commonly suggested. Strip the place with everything distractive like stacks of old magazines, unused home decorations, old CDs and DVDs that you have been collecting for quite some time and sell them off online so you can raise enough fund to furnish this new space.
